Mob Assaults Family Inside Car On Busy Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway
Bengaluru, Karnataka: A group of men intercepted a Maruti Suzuki Alto carrying a family—including a man, his wife, children, and an elderly woman—on the Maddur stretch of the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway and assaulted the driver, dragging him out of the car.
The incident was captured on the dashcam of a vehicle traveling behind and has gone viral on social media. The video showed the mob opening the door and slapping the man in the driver’s seat in full public view.

Police have not yet issued an official statement or confirmed arrests.

Several users on X have vehemently slammed the attackers, pointing out the lack of proper lack enforcement in the country. “Gutless goons brutally assaulting a family with kids on a public expressway, How much lower will this lawless circus sink? Absolute disgrace to the nation,” a user, Anishaaa wrote on X.
