Police Arrest 4 After Video Of Girl Being Harassed Goes Viral In Bihar's Samastipur
Samastipur, Bihar: Days after the Jamui harassment footage went viral on social media, prompting immediate police action against the accused, another girl became the victim of brutal moral policing in Bihar’s Samastipur district. The disturbing footage shows a group of men on motorcycles allegedly surrounding and attacking a girl and a boy who were travelling on a deserted village road.
Notably, hours after the video of the girl being harassed went viral on social media, Samastipur police have arrested four persons in connection with the incident. The video shown the accused men is twisting the girls arm, hurling abuses and physically attacking her, sparking outrage online. The incident reportedly took place Samastipur’s Jagatsinghpur village.

After the video went viral, Samastipur police said the matter is highly sensitive, assuring that the accused will not be spared. The youths who harassed the girl are said to be from Jagatsinghpur village itself.
Reports indicate the girl was walking with a boy, stopped midway to take a photo, at which point nearby boys arrived and started abusing and harassing her. Police have reportedly taken action against the accused, arresting at least four persons in connection with the incident.
