Father Prioritized Cricket Over Daughter's Marriage Proposal Post Goes Viral
The WhatsApp messages screenshot of a 28-year-old software engineer from Bengaluru is going viral on social media reflecting a frenzy for cricket among people. Rahul, the software engineer found a match on Shaadi.com and sent a polite message notifying his interest believing it a good and compatible connection. The response from the girl’s side amused Rahul after finding the craze of cricket in his family as Priyanka’s father answered him to talk after the match.
Rahul, who is currently working on a package of 70 LPA in a tech company contacted Priyanka and wrote, “Hello, I’m Rahul, a software engineer from Bangalore. Saw your daughter’s profile on Shaadi.com. Currently at 70LPA CTC and I believe we’d be very compatible”.

The screenshot of the message was shared by Rahul’s cousin Naina on ‘X’. The viral post delighted people over prioritizing the cricket match and putting aside the marriage proposal for the moment. Users have loved the father’s response and the post has received half a million views on social media.
