Canada Is Hiring Migration Programme Officers (image X @Canad in India)
The High Commission Of Canada In Delhi and the Consulate General of Canada In Bengaluru are hiring Migration Programme Officers. The initial hiring will be at the LE-01 level. There are total 9 vacancies. The last date for the application is 25th September 2023.
WHO CAN APPLY
The vacancy is opened to all individuals who are currently residing in India and are eligible. Employees of High Commission of Canada and Canadian Missions in India can also apply for the post. Candidates will considered according to their merits.
After the candidates are hired at the LE-01 level as a Migration Programme Officer which later be developed in to LE-02 level after participating in Locally Engaged Migration Officer Development Programme (LEMO-DP).
QUALIFICATIONS
Proof of completion of Bachelor”s degree from a university.
Advanced level English language both in written and communication.
Experience in analysing complex problems, decision making, and leadership role in professional work environment.
Ability to understand, interpret and apply complex legislations.
Technical skills like Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook and internet browser).
Preference may given to candidates with experience in research communication, data analysis/analytics, migration issues and laws.
Experience in web or software development tools like Access and Python.
Ability to communicate orally or in writing in any of the following languages :
French
Hindi
Punjabi
Gujarati
Bengali
Kannada
Tamil
Telugu
