Influencer Nisha Raphael Booked Under POCSO Act For Alleged Sexual Assault Of 11-Year-Old Boy
Thrissur, Kerala: Police on Thursday registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against social media influencer Nisha Raphael following a complaint of sexual assault involving an 11-year-old boy.
The Thrissur West Police said that preliminary findings from the medical check-up confirmed that the child was subjected to sexual assault. The victim was taken to the Thrissur General Hospital for a comprehensive medico-legal examination.

According to the complaints, severe allegations have been levelled against Nisha Raphael. Police have launched a detailed investigation into the matter, and further legal procedures are currently underway.
