iPhone Users Complain Their Devices Are Mysteriously Switching Off At Night

Apple is currently facing a big issue, as some iPhone users reported that their devices were mysteriously powered off during the night. Multiple users say that it is because of a mysterious bug that certain devices are forced to shut down temporarily at night. Currently, it is not clear what the reason is behind this peculiar issue.

The problem was reported first on Reddit by an iPhone user. He said that the iPhone alarms failed to activate as the phone went off at night. Later, other users also reported similar issues. At the same time, some other iPhone owners complained that they had to put in their iPhone passcode in the morning. It is to be noted that the iPhone passcode process will happen only when the user reboots an iPhone. 9to5Mac and MacRumors have reported that several iPhone models are affected by this issue. This includes the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and even the brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Apple has not yet officially commented on this issue. There are also speculations that it might be to the latest iOS 17 version. Just a few days ago, Apple rolled out the iOS 17.0.3 to fix the overheating issues to the iPhone 15 Pro models. The Apple iPhone 15 series hit the global market on September 22, and since then, several user complaints to overheating have been reported. Some users complained that devices get so hot that they become even more difficult to hold. However, Apple fixed the issue quickly with a security update.
