The deadly conflict is still prevailing – seventh day now – and alerts are already at verge in terms of worsening humanitarian crisis. Israel is planning a deadly ground operation against Hamas and the bombardment by the former continues. As Reuters reports, an ominous warning from the Israeli military to the United Nations says that all Palestinians at the north of Wadi Gaza, centre of the Gaza Strip, should relocate to the south within the next 24 hours. The demand includes around half of the population – 1.1 million people.

Israel’s ultimate warning for Hamas is in place –  a complete blockade of its territory leaving Palestinians desperate for food, fuel, and medicine – until Hamas let the hostages, some 150 as reports indicates, taken during the Saturday operation free. Israel already ceased the deliveries of basic necessities and electricity to the 2.3 million people of Gaza and relentlessly prevented entries of supplies from the neighbouring northeast African country Egypt.

The visit made by the United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and his assistance of US weapons to Israel is a powerful signal that Israel at any cost will reduce the Palestinian resistance movement to ashes. United Nations and other international aid groups have already made a red alert of deteriorating humanitarian succor, as Hamas’ hospitals are over-flowing, morgues surpassed margins, and faces a severe shortage of medicines and assistance staffs. The World Health Organisation (WHO) also warns Gaza that the health system is at the breaking point and there is a little time remaining to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.

Israel is seeking plans for a ground invasion, said the Israeli Lieutenant Colonel Richard Hecht to the news organization Associated Press. The country’s energy minister signed an instruction to stop electricity supply to the Gaza strip already. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with his top political rival, created a wartime Cabinet to oversee the fight. Meanwhile, North Korea recently denied the US allegation that their weapons have been used by the Hamas militants saying “false accusations”.

The death toll in Israel reportedly surpassed 1300, including 247 soldiers, a number which was unobserved in Israel for decades. More than 1530 people have been killed in the Israeli bombardment in Gaza and around 1500 Hamas militants have been killed inside Israel. Thousands remains wounded in both the sides.

Syria has come in front as the fighting spread to their border regions. As reports says, at least two Syrian international airports went out of service after the Israeli airstrikes hit the premises. Syria along with Lebanon, – aided with the powerful armed group Hezbollah and stocked artillery and rocket fire – have started targeting Israel . Iran, has been vocal in support of the Palestinians, however denied their active involvement in the war. According to Gaza’s Interior Ministry, a strike from Israel took down a refugee camp building killing at least 45 people.
