Israel army has confirmed that they had carried out an airstrike in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West bank. As per Al Jazeera report quoted Palestinian medics, who said two Palestinian medical workers were killed CVV.

Jenin is a city situated in the north of the Israeli-occupied West Bank, where almost 14,000 people lives in a crowded refugee camp. Most of the residents in the refugee camp are descendants of Palestinians dispossessed of their land and homes when the state of Israel was formed in 1948.

The Israel airstrike on the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank reportedly struck a mosque. Israeli military said that the strike was on the Al Ansar Mosque, located inside the camp, killed several people from Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Israeli claimed that the mosque has been used as a command center to plan attacks.

While, on Saturday a trickle of desperately needed aid to besieged Gaza has entered through  Al Rafah border. Only 20 trucks carrying the humanitarian aid was allowed which is insufficient to address the unprecedented humanitarian crisis. More than 200 trucks carrying 3000 tons of aid have been waiting nearby for days.

US President Joe Biden speaks with the two freed Americans who were held as hostages by Hamas in Gaza, reports AP.

Judith Raanan and her 17 year old daughter, Natalie was released on Friday. They are the first hostages to be released among the roughly 200 people abducted on October 7. Biden spoke with them and the video was posted on X. Biden said that they are going to get them all out. Natalie thanked Biden for his service to Israel.

While, Hezbollah once again warns Israel. A top official with Hezbollah vowed that Israel will pay the price once they begin ground invasion in the Gaza strip. He added that his militant group based in Lebanon is already in the heart of the battle on Saturday.

Hezbollah’s deputy leader Sheikh Naim Kassem made this comment when Israel shelled and made drone strikes in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah responded by firing rockets and missiles towards Israel. Hamas officials have confirmed that if Israel starts ground offensive in Gaza, Hezbollah will join the fighting.
