Reality Behind ‘Hamas Beheading Children’ In Israel

David Ben Zion

The story about Hamas “brutally” beheading children has been widely circulating through social media, mainstream media platforms and prominent political figures like Joe Biden has also joined in sharing the “appalling sagas” of Hamas brutality. But none could fully confirm the claim of Hamas decapitating captives including children. Those who claimed the news was “true” could not provide “reliable proof” to their claim.

An Investigation done by The Greyzone said they reached the root of the alleged claim. They say that it was actually “an Israeli reserve soldier” whose name is David Ben Zion. On October 11, several media including i24News (which is an Israel based channel) and CNN has “reported” that Israeli Prime Minister’s Spokesperson said after the Hamas attack on Israel, “babies and toddlers were found “heads decapitated” in Kfar Aza in southern Israel”.

The world started taking the news about the “brutality” committed by the Hamas militant group after the news was “confirmed” by Israel’s Foreign Ministry. And when American President, Joe Biden on his White House Rose Garden address on October 10, speaked about having to go through the “stomach-churning news of babies being killed”, it was carried throught out “without a shred of critical scrutiny”.

According to The Greyzone, it was David Ben Zion, who first started speaking about Hama decapitating the bodies of 40 Israelis including “children and pets”. The media says Mr. Zion is a “Deputy Commander of Unit 71 of Israel Army” and is a “an extremist settler leader” who had “incited violent riots against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank”.

On October 10, Mr. Zion gave told i24News that “they cut heads of children. They cut heads of women. But we are stronger than them”. He also remarked that “we walked door to door. We killed a lot of terrorists. They are very bad”.

Adhering to Palestine militant group, Mr. Zion added that “we know they are animals, but we found that they don’t have any hearts”.

But what gave off Mr, Zion’s claim was that his Facebook post on “same day and same place”. In his video, the Israeli Military Commander was seen smiling from “ear-to-ear”, which The Greyzone believe to be “an odd disposition for a supposed witness to the methodical butchering of babies”.

One X (formerly twitter) user provided the “pictorial proof of dead Jewish babies” to the pathetic “Jewish haters”, as shared by another user whose page was verified. But the platform”s feature which allows users to add context to the post said the picture was AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated.

After the demand to provide actual proof of or images of “beheaded babies”, White House retreated Mr. Blinken”s claim.
