"I am Leaning Away From Biden": Elon Musk

Space X owner Elon Musk says he is leaning away from US President Joe Biden. Musk also added that he is not inclined to support Donald Trump or Joe Biden yet during the 2024 Presidential election.

During an interview at The Don Lemon Show, when Lemon askes if the X CEO is slanted towards the Democrat or Republican candidate of the upcoming election, he declined with a laugh. Musk said, “No, I am leaning away from Biden“.

As per reports from New York Times, Musk and Trump crossed path last week in Palm Beach Fla. The report said Trump is hopeful to hold lengthier meeting with the social media tycoon. Musk said he met Trump while enjoying breakfast at a friend”s place. He said “Donald Trump came by”.

Voicing out that he do not have any intentions to donate to Trump campaign or aid him in clearing his mounting legal bills, Musk said the former US President did most of the talking. He said, ” let”s just say he did the most talking”.

It is to note that Elon Musk abruptly cancelled the interview with former CNN anchor. Lemon said he asked respectful questions and was having a good conversation, but Musk clearly must have felt differently. He said, “there were no restrictions on the interview that he willingly agreed to, and my questions were respectful and wide ranging, covering everything from SpaceX to the presidential election. We had a good conversation. Clearly, he felt differently”.

Later, Elon Musk wrote on his X platform, “his (Don Lemon) approach was basically just ‘CNN, but on social media,’ which doesn’t work, as evidenced by the fact that CNN is dying”.

Elon Musk earlier revealed that he voted for Joe Biden over Donald Trump during the 2020 election. In 2022 Musk asked voters to elect a Republican Congress during the midterm election in order to counterbalance Joe Biden”s Democrats. Musk also put forward the argument that Biden is encouraging migrant flow to Washington so that they can vote for Democrats.

Earlier in 2022, Elon Musk tweeted that, “my preference for the 2024 presidency is someone sensible and centrist. I had hoped that would the case for the Biden administration, but have been disappointed so far”.
