Porsche has unveiled the 2024 Panamera E-Hybrid series, featuring enhanced efficiency and performance while maintaining the luxury and style associated with the brand. These plug-in hybrids are built upon the latest iteration of the Panamera platform, emphasizing a balance between eco-consciousness and driving exhilaration. Although Porsche has yet to announce the arrival of an all-electric version of the Panamera, the E-Hybrid models showcase the brand”s commitment to sustainable motoring.

At the heart of the Panamera E-Hybrid is a robust powertrain comprising an upgraded 2.9-liter V6 turbocharged engine, a 25.9 kWh battery, and an electric motor. Available in two variants, namely the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera 4S E-Hybrid, these models offer distinct power outputs tailored to different driving preferences.

The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid boasts a combined output of 464 horsepower, with 300 horsepower generated in petrol mode. Accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.1 seconds and achieving a top speed of 280 kmph, this variant delivers spirited performance without compromising efficiency. On the other hand, the Panamera 4S E-Hybrid offers even more power, producing 536 horsepower in total and sprinting from 0 to 100 kmph in a blistering 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 290 kmph.

In terms of electric range and charging capabilities, Porsche has made significant strides. The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid now offers a combined electric range of 79 km to 93 km WLTP, while the 4S E-Hybrid provides a range of 78 km to 90 km WLTP. With the help of an 11 kW AC charger, charging times have reduced to just two hours and 39 minutes, enhancing convenience for owners. Additionally, both models feature regenerative braking systems, allowing them to conserve up to 88 kW of energy during deceleration.

The Panamera E-Hybrid lineup comes equipped with adaptive two-chamber air suspension and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard, ensuring a blend of comfort and agility on the road. The Active Ride suspension system absorbs road imperfections while maintaining precise handling characteristics, delivering a dynamic driving experience tailored to individual preferences.

In terms of features, both variants of the Panamera E-Hybrid boast a range of premium amenities. Standard equipment includes matrix LED headlights, connected LED taillights, and a frameless rear window. The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid offers 19-inch wheels, while the 4S E-Hybrid receives larger 20-inch alloy wheels, along with distinctive exterior accents such as silver finish tailpipes and red brake calipers.
