The National Testing Agency (NTA) expects to release the NEET UG 2024 re-examination scorecard on June 30. The NEET re-examination was conducted for 1,563 candidates on June 23, 2024, for the students who were given grace marks due to the loss of time at the examination centers. However, only 813 (52%) candidates showed up for the retest and the remaining 48% of students opted for their original scores, which excludes the grace marks.
At the Jhajjar center in Haryana, which came under scrutiny after several candidates from here appeared in the top ranks, a total of 287 candidates out of 494 appeared for the re-examination. At Chandigarh Center, two registered candidates did not attend the exam. In Chattisgarh, 291 candidates took the retest, 1 in Gujarat and 234 in Meghalaya.
