NLC India Limited Announces Applications For 632 Apprenticeship Posts 2024 (image-facebook/NLC INDIA limited)

NLC India Limited, a Navratna – Government of India Enterprise, has initiated the application procedure for Apprenticeship positions from January 18. To apply online, interested candidates should go to the official website at https://www.nlcindia.in/.

It aims to fill 314 graduate apprentice positions and 318 technician (diploma) apprentice posts out of the 632 available positions. January 31st is the deadline for submitting applications.

Applications are invited from the candidates with Graduation/Diploma in the course mentioned below and passed during the year 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023 for one-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973.

NLC India Limited Recruitment: Educational Qualification

For Graduate Apprentices:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) from a Statutory University in a relevant discipline.
• Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) granted by an institution authorised to grant such a degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
• Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full-time) recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
• For Pharmacy: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

• Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline. 
• Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline. 
• Diploma in Engineering and Technology (Full-time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Other eligibility criteria

• Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2019/2020/2021/2022 & 2023. 
• Candidates should not have completed postgraduate qualifications. 
• Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLCIL or elsewhere. 
• Candidates should not have experience of one year or more in any job. 
• Candidates should be hailing from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka and Union territories of Pondicherry and Lakshadweep.

Selection procedure

• Selection will be based on percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying Diploma/Degree, as the case may be.
• The Selected list of Candidates will be displayed at the notice board of L&DC, and NLCIL website tentatively on 19-02-2024.
