Barhi Election Result 2024: Manoj Kumar Yadav Of BJP Leading Ahead With 23776 Votes

BJP candidate Manoj Kumar Yadav is leading ahead of the INC candidate Arun Sahu with an overall 43049 votes, currently. A total of 24 candidates were in the field for the Barhi Assembly seat in the 2024 Jharkhand Assembly election. In the 2024 Jharkhand Assembly election, Barhi voted on November 13, 2024, and the counting of votes took place on November 23, 2024.

There were a total of 3,31,118 registered voters for the 2024 Assembly election in the Barhi Assembly constituency, out of the total 1,69,631 were male, 1,61,483 were female, and 4 of the third gender.

In the 2019 Jharkhand Assembly elections, Umashankar Akela of INC won the Barhi constituency seat defeating Manoj Kumar Yadav of BJP by a margin of 11,371 (06.31%) of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 46.78% in 2019 in this seat.

In the 2014 Jharkhand Assembly elections, Manoj Kumar Yadav of INC won this seat after defeating Umashankar Akela of BJP with a margin of 7,085 (4.06%) votes. INC had a vote share of 33.13% in 2014 in this seat.
