Jamua Election Result 2024: Manju Kumari Of BJP Won

In the ongoing election vote counting the BJP candidate Manju Kumari has won after leading ahead of Kedar Hazra of JMM with 32631 votes.

In the 2019 Jharkhand Assembly elections, Kedar Hazra of BJP won the Jamua seat defeating Manju Kumari of INC by a margin of 18,175 (10.47%) votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 33.67% in 2019 for the Jamua seat.

In the 2014 Jharkhand Assembly elections, the BJP candidate Kedar Hazra won this seat after defeating Satya Narayan Das of JVM with a margin of 23,100 (14.56%) votes for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 35.32% in 2014 for Jamua constituency.

In the 2009 Jharkhand Assembly elections, the JVM candidate Chandrika Mahtha won this seat after defeating Satya Narayan Das of CPIMLL by a margin of 18,527 (14.66%) votes for the seat. JVM had a vote share of 33.89% in the 2009 assembly elections.

A total of 17 candidates were in the election fray for the Jamua Assembly seat in the 2024 Jharkhand Assembly election. In the 2024 Jharkhand Assembly election, Jamua voted on November 20, 2024, and the counting of votes took place on Saturday, November 23, 2024. There were a total of 3,53,060 registered voters for the 2024 Assembly election in Jamua Assembly constituency. Out of the total 1,83,514 were male, 1,69,545 were female, and 1 of the third gender.
