Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Kapoor Singh Valmiki won the election. He won by defeating Indian National Congress’ Pradeep Narwal with the margin of 21,770 votes. Independent candidate Satbir Ratera came in third position.
Bawani Khera lies in the Bhiwani district of Haryana. During the 2019 election, Bishamber Singh of BJP win the seat by defeating Indian National Congress (INC) with the margin of 10,895 votes. In the 2014 election, Bishamber won the seat by defeating Daya Bhurtana of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) with the margin of 2,559 votes.
As per the Election Commission of India, the estimated voter turn-out of Bawani Khera in 2024 was 70.3 percentage. In 2019, the voter turn-out was 77.71 percentage.
There were total of 10 candidates in the election fray vying for the seat. The key players were BJP’s Kapoor Valmiki, and INC’s Pradeep Narwal.
