Bihar Assembly Election Results Live Updates: NDA Headed For Landslide Victory
Patna, Bihar: As counting for the 243 assembly constituencies in Bihar is about to end, the ruling NDA is all set for a landslide victory, with a significant lead against the opposition Mahagathbandhan. The NDA is leading in 201 constituencies while the opposition in just 36 seats, suggesting a massive victory for the BJP-JD(U) alliance in Bihar.
The counting for all 243 assembly constituencies started at 8 am today, Friday. The counting occurs at 46 counting centers across the 38 districts of Bihar. The elections for all the constituencies in the state were held in two phases on 6th and 11th this month.

14 November 2025, 06: 30pm: AIMIM’s Mohammad Murshid Alam Wins Jokihat Assembly Constituency
AIMIM candidate Mohammad Murshid Alam h emerged victorious from Jokihat Assembly Constituency. He secured a majority of 28,830 votes against RJD and BJP. In 2020, AIMIM’s Shahnawaz Alam won the seat with a margin of 7,383 votes. However, Asaduddin Owaisi-led party retained their seat for another term.

RJD chair and the opposition Mahagadpanthan’s chief ministerial candidate, Tejashwi Yadav, is trailing from his sitting Raghopur constituency as the counting entered its third phase. The BJP candidate, Satish Kumar, has taken the lead with 12,230 votes, gaining 1,273 votes since the previous round.
