Qaysar Jamshaid Lone of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference emerged victorious in Lolab.

Qaysar Jamshaid Lone of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference emerged victorious with 19,603 votes securing a good lead. Dawood Bashir Bhat who was an Independent candidate lost with 11,732 votes, while Waqar ul Haq Khan of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party secured 10,508 votes in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly election Lolab constituency.

The Lolab Assembly constituency is part of the Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency. Abdul Rashid Sheikh an Independent candidate won the Baramulla Lok Sabha seat in the 2024 elections defeating Omar Abdullah of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference. In the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections the voter turnout in the Lolab constituency was 64.73%, according to data released by the Election Commission of India.
