Maharashtra Assembly Elections: Bollywood Stars Akshay Kumar, Rajkummar Rao And Others Vote

Voting for the Maharashtra Assembly elections began today, which will decide the fate of the ruling and opposition parties in the state. As voting began at 7 am, Bollywood celebrities turned up to cast their votes and fulfil their electoral duties.

Here is a bunch of celebrities who set an example for their fans and encouraged them to cast their votes. The stars of the B town including Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and several others are expected to exercise their duty by casting votes.

Singham Again star, Akshay Kumar was among the first to cast his vote in the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly polls. He interacted with the paps and urged the public to cast their votes.

Actor John Abraham cast his vote in the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly Elections. He even posed for pictures with fans outside the booth.

The Stree 2 actor, Rajkummar Rao showed off his inked finger and emphasised that voting was very important. He also shared a special message for all, turn up and vote!

Munjya and Alpha actor Sharvari Wagh turned up in a pretty purple kurta to cast her vote. She was joined by her mother at the polling booth.

Filmmakers and siblings Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar also stepped out to vote. Farhan asked people to exercise their right to vote before complaining about the issues with Mumbai. He also said that he hopes for more screens for films in the city.
