Yes, there is a tiny glimpse of the legendary cricketer in the film ‘GOAT’. In the movie, a short clip of the cricketer stepping in the stadium for one of his matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL) was added. This special cameo delighted both the Thala (Dhoni) and the Thalapathy fans.
Sivkarthikeyan
The traces of cricket was visible throughout in the Venkat Prabhu’s direction radiating his immense love for the sport. Surprisingly, Kollywood actor Sivakarthikeyan made an entry in the film, which most of the audience didn’t expect and it was one of the surprising twists.
Actress Trisha
The pairing of Thalapathy and Trisha in Leo was widely celebrated by the fans. And as an add-on treat, GOAT featured actress Trisha Krishnan in a special song with Thalapathy which was quite unexpected.

As informed by the director earlier, the film has some portions of the late veteran actor Vijayakanth. The efficient use of AI by the makers of GOAT brought back one of the legendary actor-politicians of Tamil cinema. The director has already disclosed the information and stated that this decision was taken as a tribute to the actor for his contribution in Tamil cinemas.
