First Tamil film to be released in 8 languages

Expanding the international reach of the film, the film will be released in 9 different languages including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, English, French, Spanish and Russian. Earlier reports also claimed that the film will be released in Chinese and Japanese versions as well, but now the team has changed their minds.

Shot at real life locations across 5 countries

Kanguva, which is praised for its spectacular visuals and grandeur was shot in 5 different countries. As the story features two eras, the historic and the present, the lens of the makers explores the landscapes of the countries like India, Sri Lanka, Bangkok, Thailand, and Europe.

To be released in more than 10 countries

Expanding the film’s marketing and distribution to new territories and to reach international audiences, Kanguva is set to be released in nearly 13 countries. Including the Baltic countries the film will be released in New Zealand, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
