Actors Srikanth And Hema Dismiss Allegations Of Being Involved In Bengaluru Rave Party

The Bengaluru Central Crime Branch (CCB) raided an alleged rave party at a farmhouse in Bengaluru, reportedly arresting several high-profile persons from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka after drugs were found on the premises. Rumours of Telugu actor Srikanth and Tamil actress Hema attending the party surfaced, which the actors have denied.

Releasing a video clarifying the speculations, Srikanth expressed his “shock” at seeing his name mentioned in the case. “At first, my family members laughed at it but with the news getting to circulate widely with many thumbnails coming out on YouTube, I decided to issue a clarification,” stated the actor.

He further stated that he does not have the habit of attending rave parties and that he did not even know what they meant. He admitted that when he saw the visual of the person, he himself thought the person resembled him, even though he had a beard. He added, “Sometimes, I go to birthday parties but will come within an hour after making my presence felt.”

In a video circulating on X (formerly known as Twitter), the police can be seen rounding up several people from the party. One of the individuals who tried to cover his face resembled Srikanth, leading fans to question if it was the actor in the video.

Tollywood actress Hema also quashed all rumours of her attending the rave party by stating that she was in a farmhouse in Hyderabad. She added, “The reports that have surfaced on me are fake news, and please don’t believe in these reports.”

According to reports, 17 MDMA pills and cocaine were found at the farmhouse. Numerous models, DJs and actors from Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad had reportedly attended the rave party in Bengaluru.
