All About 'Game of Thrones' Star Jerome Flynn's Character In 'L2: Empuraan' (Image-X/PrithviOfficial)
Actor-Director Prithviraj Sukumaran and actor Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan is being celebrated in the internet as one of the most anticipated movies of 2025. Lyca Productions and Aashirvad Cinemas, jointly producing the second installment of the trilogy has started unveiling the characters promos ahead of film’s release. As per the latest update, actor-singer Jerome Flynn, known for his portrayal of Bronn in Game of Thrones, is to debut in Malayalam movie industry through the twisted crime world of L2: Empuraan.
After introducing the characters of prominent Indian actors in the sequel, the team has started to disclose about the international actors, who will likely to lead the story in more twisted and intriguing direction. As per the announcement, the Game of Thrones star will portray his role as Boris Oliver in L2: Empuraan.
Director Prithviraj has revealed only the name of Flynn’s character and the description of the role was hidden under wraps as a mystery. But the acclaimed actor Flynn has shared that his character in the movie will be playing an important part in Abraam Khureshi’s (Mohanlal’s character in the movie) journey.
So let’s wait to witness the masterful creation, which Prithviraj is about to bring to theaters on March 27.

In the film’s character introduction video, he shared, “I play the part of Boris in Empuraan or L2:E. I can’t quite remember how I got roped into this job, but I’m so glad I did because it was a completely different experience from what I’m used to having over in the UK or the US. To be part of the Mollywood culture of things and to get a taste of that was really special.”
Teasing the fans about the significance of his character in the film, the Change actor said, “I can’t give away too much about my character except to say that he does play an important role in Khuresh’s journey. So, I really hope you guys enjoy my character and the film. I hope you enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed making it.”

L2: Empuraan also brings back the original cast from the film’s first installment, including Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Indrajith Sukumaran, Saikumar, Nandu, Fazil, Saniya Iyappan, Sshivada, Jaise Jose, Baiju Santhosh, Sachin Khedekar, Nyla Usha, Giju John, Aneesh G Menon, Sivaji Guruvayoor and Murugan Martin, among others.
Along with Flynn, new cast additions in the sequel include Eriq, Manikuttan, Nikhat Khan Hedge, Satyajit Sharma, Oziel Jivani, Aishwarya Ojha, Nayan Bhatt, Shubhangi Latkar and Behzaad Khan.
