Kalamkaval’s trailer and promos have already generated considerable zest among fans. Mammootty’s character had generated rumors about its inspiration from serial killer Mohan Kumar, also known as Cyanide Mohan, who killed 20 women between 2004 and 2009 by poisoning them with cyanide.
