Actor-director Dhanush, who is gearing up with his next directorial titled Idli Kadai, drops an update today. The fourth directorial of the Raayan actor finally gets the release date.

Dhanush, who is adding feathers to his director cap with his upcoming projects like Idli Kadai and Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam, is raising the expectations of fans. The actor, who proved his thirst for direction with his revenge crime drama, Raayan, is marching forward in the track of its success.

Even though the details over the cast of this film are still hidden under the wraps, the director has announced the release date of the film today. The thematic poster dropped by the makers depicts a food stall (idli kadai) named Sivanesan and the actor’s way towards it. So, as per the announcement, Dhanush’s directorial will be releasing on 10th April 2025.

As the cast of the film has not been announced officially yet, as per reports, actress Nithya Menon confirmed her participation in the film. With this, she will be reuniting with Dhanush for the second time. The pai, Nithya Menon and Dhanush, in the film Thiruchitrambalam has widely attracted the audience, and this reunion will be a great treat to the fans. Moreover, reports make claims over the presence of actor Ashok Selvan in the film, but lately the Blue Star actor rejected the claims through an X post.
