Deepika Padukone is yet to make a statement since her exit from Vanga's 'Spirit'.
The Spirit controversy continues. Amid reports of Deepika Padukone exiting the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film and the makers calling her “unprofessional”, the director has now indirectly accused the actress of allegedly leaking the script and “putting down” Triptii Dimri.
After Deepika’s exit from the project, there were speculations on who would star alongside Prabhas in the upcoming film. Animal actress Triptii Dimri was officially roped in as the female lead.

In a recent tweet, Vanga accused Deepika, without naming her, of indulging in “dirty PR games”. Accusing the actress of leaking the script of the film, Vanga said, “When I narrate a story to an actor, I place 100% faith. There is an unsaid NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) between us. But by doing this, You’ve ‘DISCLOSED’ the person that you are….”
He then accused her of “putting down” a younger actor, referring to Triptii.
“Is this what your feminism stands for ? As a filmmaker, I put years of hard work behind my craft & for me, filmmaking is everything. You didn’t get it. You won’t get it. You will never get it,” he said.
“Aisa karo…. Agli baar poori kahani bolna… kyunki mujhe jarra bhi farak nahi padtha (Do one thing, next time tell the whole story, I don’t care at all),” he added.
