Sandeep Reddy Vanga Calls Prabhas “India’s Biggest Superstar” In Spirit Audio Teaser

The anticipation for Prabhas’ upcoming film Spirit has reached new heights after director Sandeep Reddy Vanga released an electrifying audio teaser, coinciding with the Telugu star’s 46th birthday.

In the teaser, Vanga goes as far as calling Prabhas “India’s biggest superstar,” a declaration that has sent fans across social media into a frenzy.

The audio snippet gives the first glimpse of Prabhas in a cop avatar, revealing that his character is currently in a remand period. Veteran actor Prakash Raj, who appears to play a jailer, is heard saying that Prabhas’ character, despite being a seasoned police officer, must be treated like a prisoner. The teaser ends on a suspenseful note, with Prabhas hinting at his “one bad habit,” keeping viewers intrigued about the storyline.

Following the teaser release, social media buzz was inevitable. While fans celebrated Prabhas’ electrifying presence and Vanga’s confident pronouncement, troll accounts attempted to stir controversy.

A fake Twitter account impersonating Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone shared a misleading reaction to the teaser, claiming she was “sad” yet found the video “wonderful.”

Deepika, however, is no longer part of the project, having been replaced by Triptii Dimri as the female lead. Reports suggest that creative and logistical differences, including scheduling and remuneration demands, led to her exit.

The cast also includes Vivek Oberoi and Kanchana in pivotal roles, promising strong performances alongside Prabhas and Triptii Dimri. With music composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and action sequences choreographed by Supreme Sundar, the film promises a high-octane cinematic experience.

Raj Thota handles cinematography, while Vanga himself takes charge of editing and writing, marking the project as his most ambitious yet following the blockbuster Animal.

Produced jointly by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, with Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Krishan Kumar, and Prabhakar Reddy Vanga on board, and Shiv Chanana as co-producer, Spirit is shaping up to be one of the most awaited films of the year.
