The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups have unveiled a brand-new poster featuring Kiara Advani today, and it has instantly grabbed attention online.

The poster introduces Kiara’s character Nadia, showcasing the actor in a glamorous yet mysterious avatar that hints at the film’s dark, theatrical world.

The reveal marks Kiara Advani’s first on-screen appearance announcement since she welcomed her baby girl, Saraayah Malhotra, earlier this year.

In the newly released poster, Kiara Advani stands barefoot at the centre of an elaborate circus stage, commanding attention.

She is seen wearing a striking black gown with a corset-style bodice and a bold thigh-high slit.

The look blends vintage elegance with an edgy, noir-inspired sensibility, perfectly aligning with the film’s theme of spectacle, power, and hidden darkness.

The circus setting, dramatic lighting, and Kiara’s poised stance together suggest that Nadia is a character layered with intrigue and emotional depth.

Soon after the poster was unveiled, Kiara Advani’s husband, Siddharth Malhotra, shared the image on his Instagram Stories with a heartfelt note.

Director Geetu Mohandas also penned an emotional and deeply admiring message for Kiara. She praised the actor’s performances, expressed how proud she felt as a filmmaker, and conveyed her affection and admiration, ending the note on a warm and personal “I love you.”

Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups stars ‘Rocking Star’ Yash in the lead and is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas.

The film boasts a powerful ensemble cast that includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Tovino Thomas, Akshay Oberoi and Sudev Nair in pivotal roles.

The ambitious project has been simultaneously shot in Kannada and English and will release in six languages, aiming for a wide pan-Indian and global audience.

Set against a richly recreated period backdrop spanning the 1940s to the 1970s, Toxic is described as a period gangster drama with a surreal, fairytale-like treatment.

The film is jointly produced by KVN Productions and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, with cinematography by Rajeev Ravi and background score composed by Ravi Basrur. The film is xpected to release in March 2026.
