Malayalam Rom-Com 'Premalu' Now Streaming On Disney+ Hotstar (image-Instagram/bhavanastudios)Premalu, the Malayalam rom-com that created waves across theatres, is now streaming exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar. Starring Naslen and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, Premalu is now available in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi as well.
Released on February 9, the film follows the love story of Sachin (played by Naslen) and Reena (played by Mamitha Baiju) in the fast-paced city of Hyderabad, where a friendship blossoms into love. Riddled with humorous dialogues and all-out comedy, the relatable story and characters found their way to the audience, with both young and adult folks.

The cherry on top is the bromance between the characters of actors Naslen and Sangeeth, which viewers across states found endearing. The film promises a laughter riot from the beginning until the end, with a catchy soundtrack composed by Vishnu Vijay.
Currently the fourth highest grossing Malayalam film of all time and the second highest grossing Malayalam film of the year, Premalu has grossed over Rs 95 crore in India with an additional Rs 40 crore overseas (as of March 21). The worldwide total of the film amounts to Rs 135 crore.
The film also features Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, Meenakshi Raveendran, Akhila Bhargavan, and Althaf Salim in supporting roles.
