What it is to see Vijay, the charming actor in the fierce rugged avatar? And that’s it, the Kalki 2898 AD actor has dropped his transformed look from his upcoming tentatively titled VD12. And more than just the first look, the actor also dropped the release date and the concepts surrounding his upcoming project.

Dropping the first look, the actor took to X and wrote, “His Destiny awaits him. Mistakes. Bloodshed. Questions. Rebirth. 28 March 2025.”

The first look shows his character as a blood-dripping shaggy man screaming his heart out over the rain. In the description, the actor wrote the reasons for the devastation of the character as mistakes, bloodshed, questions, and rebirth. Fans have become intrigued to know more about the story behind the scream.
As per reports, the tentatively titled VD12 will introduce Vijay as a cop in a spy thriller, for which the actor has undergone a physical transformation for a convincing portrayal of his role.

Over the production front, the filming will happen in Sri Lanka for around a month, which is essential for capturing important scenes of the movie. The team has recently wrapped a 30-day shoot in Vizag and discovered beautiful and apt beachside locations, to match the spy thriller genre of the film. Bankrolled by Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments, the upcoming film promises high-octane action-packed sequences that is expected to thrill all moviegoers.
