CJP Threatens Nationwide Agitation If Election Chief Gyanesh Kumar Doesn't Resign In 48 Hours
New Delhi: Addressing a press conference, Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke on Thursday, September 24, threatened a nationwide agitation demanding the resignation of chief election commissioner of India (CIC) over alleged unfair elections and deleting crores of voters from rolls.
During the press conference today, the CJP founder stated, “If within 48 hours Gyanesh Kumar doesn’t resign, the Cockroach Janata Party will start a nationwide agitation”

In a social media post, the CJP demanded immediate initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh. The party also demanded answers regarding who gave him orders, while asking the authorities to put all upcoming elections on hold.
“Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process,” the party demanded, appealing the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.
“Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society,” the party further demanded.
