The actor-politician Ravi Kishan“s name is now hitting headlines not for political reasons but for controversy on the personal front. Recently, a woman named Aparna Thakur held a press conference in Lucknow, and disclosed that she is Ravi Kishan”s wife and they share a daughter named Shenova. However, currently an FIR has lodged against Shenova, and her mother Aparna Thakur based on the complaint of Ravi Kishan”s wife Preeti Shukla.

In the press meeting, Aparna Thakur said that Ravi Kishan is not accepting their daughter nor does their relationship. She wanted Shenova to get her legal rights that she deserves, and to accept her like his other three daughters with Preeti Shukla. She added that she will approach the court as well. Besides, she appealed Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath to support in this matter.

Aparna Thakur says that Ravi Kishan and she got married in 1996 in front of entire family, and friends in Mumbai”s Malad. She stated that the actor was in contact with them till last year, and used to make promises that he will make things work in this matter. Continuing further, Aparna Thakur said that they do not want to file an FIR against Ravi Kishan, she just want him to give legal rights to Shenova. In the press meeting, Shenova also claimed that Ravi Kishan is her father and she came to know about it when she was 15-year-old.

In a recent video surfaced on social media, Shenova requests some time to prove the claims that she and her mother made. In the video footage she made the request in Hindi and it meant as follows: “Respected Yogi Ji. My name is Shenova. I am your MP Ravi Kishan’s daughter, and I would like to request that you give my mother and me some time. I want to tell you my truth with proof. After that, you can decide what’s right.”

Ravi Kishan is a sitting BJP MP from Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency, and in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, he is seeking a second term.
