India-Based Polish Youtuber Karolina Goswami Claims Threats From Dhruv Rathee's Fans
Karolina Goswami, a Polish YouTuber based in India who slammed Germany-based Dhruv Rathee on her YouTube channel “Indian In Details” alleging dissemination of fake news, recently claimed that she received threats from the latter’s fans.
A Polish citizen and an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Karolina Goswami married an Indian man, Anurag, and lives in India with her husband and sons. The Youtube channel that Karolina and her husband started has more than 1.1 million subscribers along with an Instagram page, doing reels and videos about life in India.

However, the Polish YouTuber has claimed she received over 220 threats from Dhruv Rathee’s fans in May after she released videos, arguing to expose the latter’s anti-India propaganda. She also said she and her family were targeted by the Rahtee’s fans with alleged rape threats. She had also called for banning Rathee’s social handles in the country.
She released a video showing herself walking with security guards due to the threats in her Instagram handle and wrote that they fear nothing and continue to live in India. She had appealed to the government to provide her with security in May.

Notably, the couple has made several videos on the German-based Youtuber, who has been a sensation in India with his comprehensive videos on issues affecting the country, accusing him of lying. One of the notable critics of Prime Minister Modi and the BJP, Rathee rose to fame with his videos, exposing the ruling party in India by discussing key issues such as right-wing propaganda and government schemes such as Electoral Bonds.
