Juvenile apprehended for slashing tutor”s throat. The incident took palce in Jamia Nagar, Batla House on August 30, 2023. The crime alleged to be committed after being repeatedy assaulted sexually by deceased who is identified as Muhammed Wasim.

28 years old Waseem got acquainted with the 14 years old  juvenile two months before. From there on Wasim is alleged to have repeatedly assaulted the juvenile sexually.

“During the investigation on the basis of surveillance, it emerged that the deceased was engaged in homosexual activity with a juvenile “X” and was repeatedly sexually assaulting him. The deceased had made a video of the juvenile and threatened him to release the video on social media if he did not oblige him”, Delhi police said.

As per the report, the juvenile, after being fed up to the back teeth by the molester”s threatenings, decided to  finish him off at oportune moment. And when Wasim asked the juvenile to come to his apartment, the juvenile went there armed with paper cut and slashed wasim”s throat when the moment arrived.

“The mobile phone as well as clothes and shoes worn by the juvenile at the time of crime was have been recovered” said police.

The juvenile has been apprehended and charged for murder under 302 IPC.
