Madhya Pradesh High Court Asks For Removal Of Stray Dogs From Public Places On A Priority Basis
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Madhya Pradesh High Court recently asked the Indore Municipal Corporation to implement a special drive for the removal of stray dogs from prominent public places in Indore. The direction was given to conduct the initiative on a priority basis and, hence, the tourist spots like Chhappan Dukan and Sarafa will be the top priority.
While hearing the case, a bench of Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla and Justice Binod Kumar Dwivedi directed the corporation to file an action report in this regard before January 13 along with data on sterilization of stray dogs.

The court warned that it may direct the personal appearance of the commissioner if it finds the action report not satisfactory.
