Madhya Pradesh: Woman Gang-Raped In Car On Her Way To Sister-In-Law's Home

Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh: Two men in a swift car allegedly gang-raped a woman in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur. Jabalpur police arrested two accused men — Sanju and Deepak. According to Suryakant Sharma, Additional SP, Jabalpur, the woman had gone to Bhedaghat to visit her sister-in-law, news agency Routers reported.

While returning, when she reached the Andhmukh bypass, two men in a Swift car approached her, offering to drop her home. The men then gang-raped the woman and hit her on the head with a hockey stick. The assault caused injuries to the woman, leading to bleeding.

The victim contacted her brother, and reached Majholi police station. The police have registered a case against both accused, and a police team was immediately formed to track the culprits.
