Mob Stops Muslim Couple, Forces Man To Apply Sindoor To Wife In Bihar's Nawada
Nawada, Bihar: Local mob allegedly harassed a Muslim couple in Bihar’s Nawada district, with goons stopping the couple, forcing the boy to apply Sindoor to the woman’s forehead while chanting Jai Bajrang Bali.
The footage has been shared online, sparking debate regarding the minorities’ safety in the public. According to the police, the couple belonged to the same community. The woman was also forced to remove face veil to apply Sindoor.
