Uttar Pradesh: Woman's Burnt Semi-Naked Body Found In Hapur; Brutal Rape And Murder Suspected
Hapur, Uttar Pradesh: A burnt, semi-naked body of a 30-year-old woman was found in a sugarcane field behind brick kilns in Lahadra village in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur district recently. The woman’s face was severely charred, making identification impossible.
The preliminary investigation suggests that the woman was raped and murdered, and her body was later set on fire to destroy evidence. The horrific crime, according to the officials, was committed elsewhere, and the body was brought to the sugarcane field to cover up the incident.

The woman has reportedly suffered severe injuries to several parts of her body, including her clothes. Police found no suspicious items from the surrounding areas.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and further investigation is underway. The exact cause of death will be confirmed after getting the post-mortem report, police said.
