The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Avimanyu Sethi won from Odisha’s Bhadrak Lok Sabha constituency. Avimanyu has received a total of 5,73,319 votes, and won by a margin of 91,544 votes. Manjulata Mandal from the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) came second with 3,58,569 votes. Ananta Prasad Sethi from the Indian National Congress (INC) secured the third position with 1,62,543 votes.

Avimanyu Sethi is the son of Arjun Sethi, a former Union minister and eight-time MP. Avimanyu Sethi, aged 53, holds a Post Graduate degree He has a clean record with zero cases against him. In terms of finances, Avimanyu Sethi possesses a total net worth of Rs 7.1 crore, consisting  Rs 3.7 crore in movable assets and Rs 3.4 crore in immovable assets.

Manjulata Mandal, the BJD candidate, emerged victorious in the 2019 Lok Sabha election securing a total of 5,12,305 votes. Avimanyu Sethi from the BJP secured the second position with 4,83,502 votes, while Congress candidate Madhumita Sethi secured the third position with 2,07,811 votes.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Arjun Charan Sethi created a remarkable record by winning from Bhadrak for a eighth consecutive time. Arjun Charan Sethi received a total of 5,02,338 votes. Sangram Keshari Jena from the Congress secured 3,22,979 votes, and Sharat Das from the BJP secured the third position with 2,16,617 votes.
