The Bihar women looks irked after the demand to return the money. In a video which went viral on social media, the reproter from a local news chennel of Bihar asked women about the notice. One woman told that they have spent the money and can not return it back now. Another women who also received the money ahead of the assembly elections expressed anger and called the money a political gimmick to stash away the women votes.

“From where we will bring Rs 10,000. We did not ask them to give money to us and now they are asking it back. We have already spent the money”, the women said. “If the government want the money back they must return our votes first”, she added.
