Former India captain Virat Kohli, who has taken a leave from cricketing duties, was spotted by fans in London street. Although, it is known that his wife Anushka gave birth to their son, Akaay, in London, the exact location has been kept private by the power couple.

The candid picture of Kohli taking a stroll down the London lane went viral on social media quickly. In the picture, Kohli is wearing a black jacket, track pants, and spectacles with a cap. His picture went viral, a day after the power couple announced the birth of their son, Akaay.

Kohli and Anushka took to Instagram to announce the birth of their second child, saying: “With abundant happiness and our hearts all of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika’s little brother into this world! We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time. Love & Gratitude. Virat & Anushka”.

Akaay is the second child to Kohli and Anushka. They became parents for the first time on January 11, 2021 to their daughter Vaamika. The couple had tied the knot on December 11, 2017.

Kohli has taken a break in anticipation of the birth of his second child. He missed the first-two Tests against England and was not included in the remaining three Tests. In absence of Kohli, India lead the five-Test series, 2-1.
