Cristiano Ronaldo was caught off guard in a match between Al Nassr and Al Shabab after the opposing fans chanted his counter-part Lionel Messi”s name to tease him. The continuous chanting set Ronaldo off as he was seen making a X-Rated gesture toward the Al-Shabab fans.
The entire incident unfolded after Ronaldo put Al Nassr into 1-0 lead from the spot. Al Nassr were handed the penalty after Sadio Mane”s effort was handled inside the box. After converting from the spot, Ronaldo celebrated in his usual style before chants of Messi led to his outlandish reaction.

However, Ronaldo had the last laugh as Anderson Talisca netted the winner in the 86th minute. The former Real Madrid forward, once again, displayed an obscene gesture towards the home fans as he ran off to score Taliscca”s winner.
The 39-year-old netted his 877th goal in his storied career and now stands one match away from his 800th career win. It was a tense battle between the two sides as Al Shabab trailed twice in the match before getting themselves back on level terms on each occasion. However, Talisca”s winner was the difference between the two sides.
Ronaldo has scored in each match for Al Nassr in 2024. His team are four points adrift of league leaders Al Hilal. The Riyadh-based club are also in contention to clinch the AFC Champions League with their quarter-final match set to take place on March 4.
