WATCH: 'Dejected' Kylian Mbappe Walks Out Of Interview When Asked If He'll Support Real Madrid Or Bayern Munich

Paris-Saint Germain (PSG) forward Kylian Mbappe looked dejected after his club lost 0-2 on aggregate in the Champions League semi-finals against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.

PSG coach Luis Enrique consoled his star forward after he was unable to score in both legs and trudged off the field after a 0-1 defeat against the German giants at home. The French World Cup winner blamed the missed opportunities and their inefficiency at both ends for the loss.

“We always want to win at PSG, we feel sad,” Mbappé said after Tuesday”s defeat. “We should have scored. We had the chances to score (and) when you don”t, when you”re not efficient at both ends, it”s difficult to go through.”

However, Mbappe, walked off the interview when asked if he”ll support Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday.

The reaction from Mbappe was shared by journalist Fabrizio Romano on his official X account. The fans disliked the question from the journalist and pointed out that it was unnecessary to ask to the French World Cup winner who was recovering from a disappointment after the defeat.

“What a stupid question. Some of these reporters don’t have common sense, just evil, always looking for headlines, even if it kills someone. Why ask such nasty question after a disappointing defeat,” one of the journalist said.

“These new age journalists are pure mediocre. Always asking players the wrong questions to get a clickbait headline. Tomorrow they’d start crying that players snub their interviews,” another added.

Meanwhile, Mbappe also took the blame on himself for not producing the magic in front of the goal as a global superstar, who has 46 goals for France and was the highest goal scorer in the World Cup two years ago.
