Kylian Mbappe was brutally jeered in his farewell match for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) by the home fans at Parc des Princes on Sunday.
As soon as Mbappe”s name was announced before the game on Sunday evening, a bunch of fans made sure their feelings were heard about his pending departure to Spanish giants Real Madrid. A cacophony of jeers was targeted at the outgoing player as soon as the PA system revealed that the winger would be in the starting XI for his final appearance at the home ground.

The French giants had indicated the celebrations after their final league match on Sunday will be dedicated to their title triumph and not to Mbappe himself.
Mbappe scored the lone goal in the 8th minute in his final home appearance but the French champions suffered a 1-3 defeat to Toulouse on the night they were crowned the Ligue 1 champions. The French World Cup winner who wore the captain”s armband on Sunday took the tally to 44 goals across all competitions.
He made a significant contribution for PSG by netting a record 256 goals since being signed from Monaco at a record 180 million euros ($194 million). The 25-year-old is likely to be announced by the Spanish football giants after their Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund on June 1.
