Disney is preparing for a new wave of price hikes in the annual plans for Disney Plus, ESPN and Hulu effective October 17. The subscribers might get disappointed as the monthly subscription to Disney Plus with ads goes up to $10 from the previous $8. The ad-free package will get a price hike of $16 from $14, whereas the annual ad-free plan may cost $160 from the previous $140 with a $20 price hike.

Disney  Plus plans to give access to ABC News Live ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election and a series of selected playlists aimed at kids that are set to roll out in the coming September after this new price update. Additionally, Disney is gearing up to unveil four other categories Seasonal, Epic Stories (Marvel and Star Wars fare), Major Throwbacks and Documentaries.

When it comes to Hulu the monthly ad-supporting plan will rise from the previous $8 to $10 and the annual package will get a hike from $80 to $10o, as the ad-free plans may witness a jump from $!8 to $19 in a month. For ESPN Plus the monthly plan gets a hike of 1 dollar from $11 to $12 and an annual package of $120 from $110. The subscribers might see a bill surge for Disney basic and premium streaming bundles from October. Disney has already hiked its prices the previous year pondering on the profit side when it launched the flagship Disney Plus 5 years back.
