Former CNN Star Don Lemon Sues Elon Musk Over Cancelled Talk Show

Don Lemon, the former CNN star presenter has sued the tech mogul Elon Musk and his company X for cancelling a talk show. The case further alleged that billionaire Elon Musk and his ownership company X have halted a partnership with Lemon. Musk reportedly refused to pay Lemon after using his fame and name to boost the X platform through several promoters.

Mr Lemon’s law firm Shegerian & Associates posted on Facebook that the lawsuit points out fraud, misrepresentation and negligence of Musk and his X platform. The lawsuit further explains that the California Superior Court in San Francisco averted that the X platform had agreed to pay Mr lemon $1.5 Million. The company has already concurred to give a share of advertisements as per the revenue generated by his talk show.

According to BBC News, Tesla owner Elon Musk approached Lemon after his CNN exit as he was looking to grab the attention of netizens and to attract advertisers returning to his social media platform X. After the deal fell flat Musk posted on X that Lemon’s approach was focused on CNN but it doesn’t work on our platform as it shows that CNN is expiring slowly.

Earlier this year, the X platform made a deal with Lemon along with former US congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and sports radio presenter Jim Rome trying to bring advertisers back after confronting a barrage of controversies.
