Apple released the highly anticipated Vision Pro headset on February 2. Apple Vision Pro was the tech giant”s first new product launch since the AirPods in 2016. The device is widely considered a monumental leap in technology. However, a few Vision Pro owners are reportedly rushing to return the headset.

According to a Verge report, comfort is among the main reasons cited by individuals for the return of Vision Pro. “Can’t wait to return the Vision Pro, probably the most mind blowing piece of tech I’ve ever tried. Can’t deal with these headaches after 10 minutes of use though,” wrote an X user on February 14. In another post, the same X user also said that he has tried other VR headsets before and has never dealt with headaches of any sort.

Another X user said that he will also return his Vision Pro as his coding experience “failed to convince” him. “Two hours after unboxing my Apple Vision Pro and using it, I decided to box it back up again and return it. It”s quite cool, but there”s nothing in it for me that I”ll use frequently enough to warrant my keeping it,” wrote another X user.

At the same time, several users who were returning the Vision Pro noted that they would try a second-generation Vision Pro. However, Verge reported that there is no idea of the actual return rate of Vision Pro headsets. According to Apple”s return policy in the US, users can return any device within 14 days of purchase.

Apple”s latest technology is indubitably a revolutionary device. Apart from a few cases of returns, the majority of users are still using the gadget. Vision Pro aims to transform interaction with digital content. According to Apple, it “transforms how people work, collaborate, connect, relive memories, and enjoy entertainment.”
