When it comes to detox, superficially we adopt detox tea or food for a certain period of time. The first miracle that happens with it is that we start feeling light, our digestion improves and a big bonus maybe we lose some weight for a small period of time. But what about the toxins which are accumulated somewhere else? Do you think these may be the cause for short-term benefits instead the long-lasting results?

2. Eliminate toxins: Now we have moved the lymph into the heart which has many toxins in it. The next step is to flush them out of the body and for this our bowels should be emptied daily to get rid of those toxins.
3. Gut Reset: Weight loss is a big industry now and every other person wants to encash it so you must have seen many courses with different names for this purpose.
But our bodies react differently in different situations then how can a single plan work for all? Meanwhile, Ayurveda has one single rule – Read Your Body And Then Eat.

Every mentor in these programs suggests eating early dinner so that food is digested till bedtime. While the early dinner rule works for many, it doesn’t suit everyone, especially those with high acidity. The key lies in understanding your body’s unique signs of hunger and listening to its needs. Instead of rigid rules, focus on nourishing your body with local, seasonal, and colourful foods. Our bodies are incredibly efficient machines—if we give them the right fuel, they’ll naturally reset and maintain balance.
