Iran Open To Compromises On Nuclear Deal If US Lifts Sanctions, Says Deputy Foreign Minister
Tehran, Iran: Iran’s deputy foreign minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi has stated that the ball is now in the US court to prove if they want to do a deal, announcing that his country is ready for compromises on the nuclear deal if the US lift sanctions.
Iran has clarified that it would make compromises on its nuclear programs only if Washington is willing to talk about lifting sanctions. The Iranian minister declared the country’s readiness for a nuclear deal during a BBC interview published on February 15.

The minister also confirmed that a second round of nuclear talks would take place in Geneva on Tuesday, following Tehran and Washington resumed discussions in Oman earlier this month. A US delegation, including envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, will meet with the Iranians on Tuesday morning.
Notably, Iran has made it clear that its readiness does not imply the issue to other other questions including missiles in the deal.
