Israel Accepts Trump's Iran Ceasefire Deal; Says It Doesn't Include Lebanon

Tel Aviv, Israel: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed readiness to accept the two-week ceasefire deal announced by US president Donald Trump. However, the Jewish state says the ceasefire does not include Lebanon, suggesting continuing strikes against the neighboring country.

Notably, the Pakistan-mediated ceasefire deal had conditions that attacks against all Iranian proxies, including in Lebanon, should be ceased.

Israel continue to bomb Lebanon, while the IDF invasion also advances across the southern provinces. The Israeli military has lost several soldiers in Lebanon invasion.

However, Israel said it supported Trump’s decision to suspend strikes against Iran for two weeks provided Tehran opened the strait of Hormuz and stopped attacks on all countries in the region.
